Nestled in the greenery of the Parco del Conero, this studio apartment, located in the annex of a private villa, offers nature lovers a unique and alternative holiday experience.
Several hiking trails and scenic routes of the park start right from the property, and the beautiful San Michele Beach can also be reached on foot.

Le Nereidi - Conero Lodge:
The studio apartment accommodates up to two guests and features an open-plan layout with an entrance/living area that also serves as the sleeping space, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a bathroom with a shower.
The double bed is a wall bed that can be folded away during the day, allowing you to make the most of the available space.
Conero Lodge is available for weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday:

Please note that the local tourist tax (€1.50 per person, per night) is not included in the rental price and must be paid in cash at check-in, as required by local regulations.
Warning: Cat-Patrolled Property!
Several cats live at Le Nereidi - Conero Lodge and are the true rulers of the garden. They are accustomed to guests and can often be spotted wandering around or relaxing among the greenery.
If you love cats, you'll probably feel right at home. However, if you suffer from cat allergies or prefer not to be around them, we recommend considering a different accommodation that may better suit your needs.
Services
Linens
Upon arrival, you will find the studio apartment thoroughly cleaned and provided with bed linen and bathroom towels, including: 2 large towels, 2 medium towels, 2 small towels.
Additional linen changes are not included during your stay; however, they can be provided upon request for an extra fee:
- Bed linen set replacement (sheets and pillowcases): €10
- Full towel set replacement: €10
For stays of two weeks or longer, a full cleaning service and complete linen change are included after the first week at no additional cost.
Private En-suite Bathroom
The bathrooms is equipped with shower; wc with bidet spray and hairdryer.
Free parking
Parking at Conero Lodge is private and free of charge.
Included in the price of the studio apartment, you will receive a parking permit that allows free parking in five designated parking areas in Sirolo, giving you the freedom to visit the town whenever you wish without any additional cost.
The parking permit must be returned at check-out.
Free WiFi
Free WiFi connection is offered to our guests.
Kitchen use
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine.
Plates, cutlery, cookware, and kitchen utensils are provided for your use throughout your stay.
Smart TVs
A Smart TVs is available in the living/nigh area.
Air conditioning
The studio apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

Check-in Check-out
Departure: the studio apartment will be at your disposal no later than 10.00 am on the day of departure.
Arrival: arriving customers will be able to check in from 15:00 to 17.00. For different needs, previous telephone arrangements must be made. In the absence of written or verbal communications from the customer and if they do not show up by the day of arrival upon agreement, we will be entitled to retain the deposit already paid and to deem the room free from reservations.
Luggage Storage
If required, we offer a luggage storage service free of charge.
How to find us:
Le Nereidi Conero Lodge is located within the Parco del Conero at Via Mortarolo 1, Sirolo, approximately 2 km from the town center.
Unfortunately, Google Maps and other navigation systems sometimes suggest an incorrect route to reach the property. For a simpler and more convenient journey, we recommend setting your GPS destination to "Bar Belvedere" at Via Monte Conero 20. Just past the bar (which will be on your right), Via Mortarolo begins, and Conero Lodge is the first house on the left.
There is no public transportation service that reaches our address, so guests are required to have their own vehicle.
